KINTO Flex subscription includes a new or used vehicle, insurance, maintenance, servicing, tax and 24/7 roadside assistance for a flat monthly payment. You can book a subscription from 1 to 12 months and choose delivery to your preferred location or collection from a KINTO centre. At the end of the subscription, we can collect the vehicle from you at your preferred address or you can choose to keep your subscription rolling on a monthly basis for the same price.

You will need to return the vehicle with at least 10 litres of fuel or a 50% charge for electric vehicles. Please make sure to clean the vehicle as we will need to do a vehicle inspection.
At the end of your subscription, we will proceed with a vehicle inspection and check the Fair Wear and Tear standards. You may be charged for any damage to the vehicle. Please note that you may also incur a payment fee if the vehicle is too dirty, without at least 10 litres of fuel or 50% electric battery charge.
You can book a vehicle in just a few minutes and delivery will occur during the following 14 working days.
Upon the booking of a vehicle subscription, KINTO Flex will carry out a selfie ID verification and a driving licence check.

You will be requested to take a real-time selfie upon registration on the KINTO Flex booking platform and you will need to upload your driving licence and ID (front and back view).
Any vehicle subscription documents will be shared with you through email upon booking confirmation. You can also download a copy of your invoice in my account section.
All our vehicle subscriptions are for personal use only. You are allowed to use the vehicle for your daily commute from home to the office. The vehicle cannot be used as taxi or courier.
We are unable to give individual feedback to any application to our vehicle subscription service. We consider a variety of factors before proceeding with the approval which considers your affordability, credit and driving history. Make sure to apply again if your circumstances change in the near future.
You can cancel your vehicle subscription at any time.

Your first payment will be charged 3 days before the start of your vehicle subscription.

Fuel, toll charges, speeding fines or motoring offence charges, damage to the vehicle during your subscription (subject to insurance terms and conditions).
Yes, you are responsible for the payment of all toll charges.
The cost of the vehicle subscription insurance is included in your monthly rate.
You are covered to drive the insured vehicle in Belgium and for up to 30 days in the European Union.
We will share a copy of your insurance policy once the vehicle subscription booking is confirmed.
The minimum period to keep a KINTO Flex vehicle is one month.
Call the police as soon as possible and report the stolen vehicle. You need to notify our Insurance Customer Services at +32 (0) 2 895 06 55 to speak with a colleague. Our insurers will want to investigate the situation.

You are responsible for all PCNs (parking and speeding fines etc.) for the time you subscribe any of our vehicles. These penalties will be forward to you for respective payment.
